Discovery

Twenty minutes here saves us both a month of guessing.

This is the questionnaire we would work through with you on a call — written down, so you can answer it in your own time and we can arrive already knowing your business. Fill in what you know. Skip what you don't; the gaps tell us something too.

Answer it and you get back a written plan: where the money is leaking, what we would fix first, what it would cost, and what we would leave alone. No obligation, and no call required to receive it.

Discovery questionnaire

Your answers come to one strategist, not a list. You can stop and send at any point.

Step 1 of 6
Section 01 · The business

Enough context that nothing we suggest later is generic.

Why we ask. Everything downstream is priced against what a customer is worth to you. Without this section the rest is opinion.

This one we do need.
This one we do need.
This one we do need.
Where you make money is usually narrower than where you make revenue.
This is the single most useful answer on the form.
Section 02 · How customers find you now

Where demand comes from today, and what it is worth when it arrives.

Why we ask. These five numbers — leads, close rate, customer value, spend, repeat rate — decide which service earns you the most, and in what order. Estimates are fine.

Worth doing before you answer. It takes thirty seconds and it is often the most uncomfortable thing on this page.
Section 03 · Your website and your tools

What the site is supposed to do, and what it actually does.

Why we ask. A site that loads slowly, hides its offer, or cannot be updated without a developer is a tax on every other channel you pay for.

CRM, quoting, scheduling, field service, accounting, email, phones, spreadsheets that should not be load-bearing.
Section 04 · Where the hours go

The part most owners have never added up.

Why we ask. Every hour below is a real cost that repeats every week, forever, until something changes. Rough numbers are fine — the order of magnitude is what matters.

MIT and InsideSales studied 15,000 leads: those contacted inside five minutes were 21 times more likely to qualify than those contacted after thirty. This is usually the cheapest money on the table.
Fully loaded — salary, tax, benefits, the lot.
Section 05 · The business without you

What is written down, and what only exists in someone's head.

Why we ask. Undocumented process is the cost you cannot see until the week the person holding it is unavailable — and it is the reason most owners cannot take a real holiday.

Section 06 · What 'worth it' looks like

So we can price against your definition of success rather than ours.

Why we ask. We quote a fixed price against a written outcome. This section is the outcome.

Every one of them starts with something free. Tick as many as you like.
Not a commitment. It stops us proposing something you would never buy.
Blunt saves us both time. We will not be offended by the last agency's name.
What you get back

Answers in. A written plan out, inside two business days.

Not a proposal with a signature line at the bottom. A document you could hand to another agency and have them execute — which is exactly why we are comfortable sending it before you have paid us anything.

Where the money is going

The leaks, in dollars

Wasted ad spend, hours lost to work software should be doing, enquiries going cold, and revenue sitting in a database nobody follows up. Each one with a figure beside it.

What we would do first

One priority, not twelve

Ranked by dollars per week of delay, so the first thing we build pays for the second. Plus the honest note on anything we think is not worth doing yet.

What it costs

A fixed price, before you commit

Scope, price and timeline in writing. No hourly billing, no retainer minimum to start, and every account, automation and document owned by you from day one.

Or go straight to one

Already know which service you need?

Each of these is a shorter questionnaire aimed at one discipline — about ten minutes, and specific enough that we can scope and price the work rather than ask you the same things again on a call. Each one ends with that service's free deliverable.

Next step

Rather just talk it through?

Some people would sooner say all this out loud than type it. Call and a senior strategist will work through the same questions with you — it takes about twenty minutes.
