Using this website
This website and its contents are provided for information. Prices shown are genuine starting points and are confirmed in a written scope before any engagement begins. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer.
Engagements
All work is governed by a signed statement of work that sets out scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. Project work is billed 50% at kickoff and 50% at launch. Retainers run on an initial 90-day term and continue month to month thereafter, cancellable with 30 days' written notice.
Ownership
On final payment, you own the deliverables produced for you: code, designs, automations, documentation and content. Advertising accounts, analytics properties and domains are established in your name and remain yours throughout. We retain ownership of our internal methods, templates and tooling.
Performance commitments
Where an engagement includes a stated 90-day performance target, that target is defined in writing at the start. If we miss it, we continue working at no charge the following month until it is met. This does not apply where agreed access, content, budget or approvals were not provided.
Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only to perform the engagement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim in the preceding three months. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
